Bank of America 500 Postponed Until 12:30 pm Sunday

The rain outside the Media Center just keeps falling!

(CONCORD, NC - 10 OCT, 2015 - RIS) The Bank of America 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup race has been postponed until 12:30 Sunday afternoon, due to persistent rain in the region. Toyota's Matt Kenseth will start from the pole, with fellow Joe Gibbs Racing driver Kyle Busch second. The race will be broadcast on NBCSN, PRN, Sirius NASCAR Radio channel 90 and on NASCAR.com. We'll be back to provide coverage from the track.

Gates will open at 9 a.m. The ticket office will open at 8 a.m.

Fans should keep their tickets, pit passes, parking stickers and scanners for tomorrow’s race.

The full schedule follows:

9 a.m.- Gates open
11:15 a.m.- Erendira Wallenda stunt
11:40 a.m.- Driver introductions
12:30 p.m.- Green flag
