Edward Jones Wins Indy Lights Doubleheader

New Dallara IL-15 chassis, powered by 450 HP, 2.0-liter turbocharged Mazda MZR-R engines made a flawless 2015 debut. Edward Jones from Dubai UAE won both weekend event races in St. Petersburg.
Jones’ team Carlin is one of the most successful teams in junior motorsport, with race winning success in championships such as British F3, Porsche Supercup, World Series by Nissan, Formula Renault 3.5, FIA Formula 3 European Championship, GP3 Series and GP2 Series.
Many of today’s most successful drivers have passed through the doors of Carlin, including race car drivers in F1, IndyCar, WTCC and DTM. F1 drivers such as Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo, Kevin Magnussen and Felipe Nasr, add up to a third of the current F1 field who are former Carlin alumni.
IndyCar drivers Will Power, Charlie Kimball, Takuma Sato, Graham Rahal, Josef Newgarden, Mikhail Aleshin and Carlos Huertas all raced with Carlin before heading to IndyCar.
